WashCOG keeps fighting legislative ‘privilege’

Plaintiffs (including WashCOG) challenging the state legislature’s assertion of a “privilege” to withhold members’ records from the public have faced some losses in court, but continue to pursue the case.

Smiles at the Sunshine Breakfast

WashCOG honored advocates of access at our annual event, and attendees heard how sunshine laws benefit us all — schoolchildren, residents of a rural community, survivors of crimes and more. You can even watch a recording of the festivities.
